Recently discharged from the army, Delta Force warrant officer Breed receives a phone call from El Paso. One of his three best friends has been beheaded. The killing is blamed on illegal immigrants, crossing the veteran’s ranch. Breed travels to Texas, where he and two other Delta Force friends attend the funeral. When the murdered man’s widow and son are killed in an equally grisly fashion, Breed becomes convinced a more sinister force is at work.
Breed encounters a devious CIA operative, and a determined Latina reporter who is investigating the trafficking of underage prostitutes. Together, they uncover a Mexican cartel smuggling women, drugs, and middle eastern terrorists across the border. The cartel is based in Juarez, where terrorists are planning an attack to rival 9/11.
The CIA wants to capture the terrorists alive. Breed has other plans. He and his Delta friends cross the border for a bloody showdown.
